Description

Walkin’ Roll, Inc., is an activities league that meets at least twice a month to
provide social opportunities for people in the community with disabilities.
In the spring, there are weekly teeball games, and throughout the year there
are regular game nights and special holiday events such as Halloween and
Christmas parties, as well as Valentine’s Day dances.

Sharon K Elliott founded the league in 1994 and continues to be the
director. The organization is operated entirely by community volunteers and
families of participants.

Participants of all ages (from birth to 83+ years old) are welcome to Walkin’
Roll. Many players joined the organization early and have been involved for
nearly 30 years.
